Play Top Gun Sports requires that all teams have team
insurance in order to participate in any event.

Teams shall name Top Gun Sports, LLC as 3rd party additionally insured and send copy of certificate along with roster to the Top Gun Sports office at 579 Union Cemetery Rd., Concord, NC  28027.

If your team does not have insurance and would like to purchase it, you can do so by visiting Chappel Insurance Agency.  Chappel Insurance Agency is the offical insurance company of Top Gun Sports.
